I’m downloaded games to my behold, but i keep getting ‘unsupported file type’ errors. The games got saved to the’ other files’ folder and I don’t know how to get them saved on the ‘games and apps’ folder. I heard T-Mobile does this to their phones so that you buy their apps, will unlocking my phone solve this problem?

For anyone whose phone is reading Phone Freeze, You have entered the unlock code wrong or with the SIM in the phone. (i recently did this also) In order to unlock the phone I had to contact Samsung they provided me a free shipping label and I had to send them my phone for it to be unlocked. The company is located in Texas and they tell you it could take up to 14 days to receive your phone back but for me it was only five days…I hope this helps….P.S. you can get the Samsung number from TMobile….

out of no where, my behold will not let me send nor receive picture messages!?! It also will not let me use the camera or video features because it says i don’t have enough memory (so I deleted the pictures). When I try to send or receive the message all it says is “Please define network settings.” What do I need to do?
